Well water testing event coming to Londesborough

The Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority (ABCA) is teaming up with the Londesborough Lions Club to make well water testing more convenient.

On January 25 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Lions Hall, sample bottles will be accepted and taken to Huron Perth Public Health.

Sample bottles are available for pickup ahead of time at Nature's Nest and Hensall District Co-op's Londesborough location. Bottles will also be available on the night of the event.

Once the sample is taken, volunteers and ABCA staff will keep them cold until they are delivered the next morning.

More information on the importance of well water testing can be found here.

In the event of inclement weather, the snow date is January 29. Updates can be found on the Londesborough and District Lions Club Facebook page.
