Church break-and-enter theft under investigation

The Wellington County OPP are investigating a break-and-enter theft from a local church.

Investigators believe that sometime between the evening of December 16, 2023 and the morning of December 17, at least one unknown suspect broke into a church in Mount Forest.

Once inside, the thieves stole a bunch of electronics. Police have not given an estimated value of the stolen items.

Police are hoping someone can help identify a suspect captured on surveillance camera. If anyone has any information, contact Wellington County OPP or Crime Stoppers.
