Three sought in woodchipper theft

Wellington County OPP are looking for three suspects after a woodchipper was stolen from a Mapleton business.

On December 9, 2023, around 8:30 p.m., three individuals using an un-plated, grey S.U.V. with an attached utility trailer, stole the woodchipper valued at $4,500.

All three suspects are Caucasian. The first was wearing khaki pants, a black jacket, black boots, black cap and a face covering.

The second had dark pants, a black jacket, black boots, black cap, and also had their face covered. The driver was described as having a black jacket and brown hair.
