The collision happened on Highway 8 between Road 110 and 111 just before 3 p.m. on Thursday.
Two people were transported to hospital with serious injuries.
Line 34 remains closed between Road 110 and Road 111.
The investigation is ongoing and motorists are asked to avoid the area.
