OLG makes gaming revenue payments to local outlets

Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation has made third quarter gaming revenue payments to two local outlets.

A payment totalling $321,151 was made to the Town of Hanover for hosting Playtime Casino Hanover. Since the gaming site opened in February 2001, Hanover has received $22,427,378.

Additionally, a payment of $160,164 was made to the Municipality of Central Huron for hosting Gateway Casinos Clinton.

Since the gaming site opened in August 2000, Central Huron has received $13,502,595.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
