High levels of air pollution are possible this afternoon.

An AIR QUALITY WARNING is in place due to the possibility of deteriorating air quality. Hot and sunny conditions are expected to cause increasing ground-level ozone concentrations this afternoon. Moderate risk AQHI values are expected throughout the day with the potential of short-term high risk AQHI values in the afternoon.

When air pollution levels are high, everyone should limit time outdoors. Consider reducing or rescheduling outdoor sports, activities and events.

You may experience mild and common symptoms such as eye, nose and throat irritation, headaches or a mild cough. More serious but less common symptoms include wheezing, chest pains or severe cough. If you think you are having a medical emergency, seek immediate medical assistance.

People more likely to be impacted by outdoor air pollution, including people aged 65 and older, pregnant people, infants and young children, people with an existing illness or chronic health condition, and people who work outdoors, should reduce or reschedule strenuous activities outdoors and seek medical attention if experiencing symptoms.

Lucknow's Music in the Fields announced the lineup for this summer's festival over the weekend.The three-day festival will be headlined by Kip Moore, the Glorious Sons, Brett Kissel, and the Reklaws.There will also be performances by the Cadillac Three, David Wilcox, Tim &amp; The Glory Boys, Dayna Reid, Nate Haller, Elton Lammie's Country Kitchen Part, Symply Skynyrd, and the Van Halen Invasion.More artists will be announced as well.The festival runs from August 22 to 24.Tickets are <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.musicinthefields.ca/2024-tickets">on sale now</a>, with all proceeds from the event will going towards local organizations.
