Push-up Challenge raises over $33,000 for mental health

The first ever Push-Up Challenge saw $33,147 raised for the Canadian Mental Health Association Grey Bruce.

It ran from February 1 to 23, giving participants the challenge of completing 2,000 push-ups, squats, crunches, or another alternate exercise, within the timeframe.

The Canadian Mental Health Association Grey Bruce highlighted Stacy Fenwick as it's top contributor, raising $3,525.

Nationwide, over $2.3 million was raised.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
