One person airlifted to hospital following two-vehicle crash

Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were asking drivers to avoid the area of Perth Road 121 and Line 67 while they investigate a serious crash.

Just before 9 a.m. on Sunday, emergency crews including ORNGE Air responded to reports of a two-vehicle collision near the Township of Perth East.

According to police, one person was airlifted to hospital and two others were transported by ambulance. As of noon, all injuries were determined to be non-life-threatening.

Police closed Road 121 between Line 61 and Perth Line 72 (Millbank) and Line 67 from Road 124 to Road 116 while officers investigate.

The road was reopened just before 2:30 p.m.
