Chesley emergency department closed for the weekend

The Chesley emergency department will be closed Friday, May 31, re-opening Monday, June 3 at 7 a.m.

The South Bruce Grey Health Centre made the announcement, citing staffing issues as the reason.

Ambulance by-pass will take patients to the closest open emergency department.

Anyone needing immediate medical help is asked to call 911. Health Connect Ontario can be called at any time at 811 for any non-emergency health-related questions.
