OPP arrest driver allegedly passed out behind the wheel

A Georgian Bluffs man is facing impaired driving charges after allegedly being found passed out behind the wheel.

On Monday around 11 p.m. Grey Bruce OPP responded to a report of an idling vehicle on the Derby-Keppel Townline.

Police say when they arrived and spoke to the driver, he was displaying signs of impairment. They were transported back to the detachment for further testing.

The 61-year-old is now facing charges of operation while impaired and blood concentration above 80 plus.

The accused is scheduled to appear in Owen Sound court later this month.
