Liquor lifted from St. Marys Summerfest

Police are looking for help tracking down $5,000 worth of booze that was swiped from St. Marys Summerfest over the weekend.

According to Stratford Police, the theft was discovered on Monday morning around 7 a.m.

The alcohol was stolen from a refrigerated truck that was parked at 80 Water Street North. The theft occurred sometime between noon on Sunday and Monday morning.

Police say they have no suspects at the time and are appealing to the community for surveillance footage that can help in the investigation.
