According to Huron County OPP, the two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Babylon Line and Crediton Road.
Police say two of the three occupants involved were injured.
Road closures will be in place for several hours as they investigate. Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
Participants will gather at Mike Weir Park on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for the walk, either 2.5 kilometres or five km.
