If you bought a ticket for Tuesday's record-breaking $80 million Lotto Max draw in Grey County, you'll want to check it.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) revealed on Wednesday morning that there were two winning tickets to the jackpot - one bought in Quebec and the other purchased in Ontario's Grey County.
The two lucky winners will split the massive $80 million jackpot, giving each a life-changing $40 million.
Of the 24 Maxmillions prizes that were up for grabs, four were won in Ontario. One worth the whole $1 million was sold in Guelph, while one in Whitby, Toronto and on OLG.ca are worth $500,000 as they are being split with winners in other provinces.
Someone in the Greater Sudbury area also holds an Encore ticket worth $1 million.
Tuesday's draw was historic as it was the first time the Lotto Max jackpot had ever grown to $80 million. This after OLG made the decision earlier this month to increase the cap from $70 million.
The next Lotto Max draw for $22 million will be held on Friday.
