Officers from the OPP's South Bruce detachment were called to 1st Avenue North between 4th and 5th Streets in Chesley shortly after 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
The two motorcycle riders are being treated for injuries.
The section of 1st Avenue North between 4th and 5th Streets was closed for less than three hours to allow investigators to finish their work. It reopened shortly after 7:30 p.m.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
