The Hanover Bentinck & Brant Agricultural Society is accepting tenders to renovate part of Hanover Raceway.
Tenders for construction will be accepted until December 12 at 2 p.m. Tenders are to be delivered to the Nelson Dawley Engineering Office, at 427 10th Street, Unit 3 in Hanover. Tenders are to be delivered in a sealed envelope, addressed to HBBAS – Carriage Hall.
The renovations call for a proposed 16,000 square foot conference centre. New interior construction is to include steel studding, structural steel, concrete foundations, slab-on-grade, masonry block walls, and EPDM roof replacement. Minor site work and site drainage will be tendered with the building.
A mandatory contractor site meeting is scheduled for Tuesday December 3 at 11 a.m.
