Stratford Police seeking suspect in jewellery theft

The Stratford Police Service is trying to identify a suspect involved in a recent robbery.

On November 26 just after 5:30 p.m., a robbery occurred at Paris Jewellers in the Stratford Mall.

According to police, a man came into the store and grabbed several items before running off. Police say no damage or injuries occurred.

The suspect is described as a Black male with a light complexion. The suspect is about 6 feet tall, with a slim build. He had his hair in dreadlocks and was wearing a white zip-up sweater or coat, a black t-shirt, and dark pants at the time of the robbery.

The suspect was last seen running west down Ontario Street toward C.H. Meier Boulevard. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Stratford Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
