Grey Transit Route changes

Grey Transit Route (GTR) passengers should prepare for upcoming changes to services beginning January 2, 2025.

Route 5, which operates between Owen Sound and Wiarton, will end service on December 31, 2024, as its operating funding expires.

Meanwhile, Route 2, serving Dundalk to Orangeville, will continue running until March 31, 2025, thanks to a new commitment from Dufferin County. The county is exploring long-term transit options and has extended support for the route in the interim.

Grey County officials apologize for the uncertainty passengers have experienced and thank Driverseat Owen Sound for assisting riders during this transition.
