Ripley dog park community meeting planned

Huron-Kinloss residents can learn more about plans for a new dog park.

The Huron-Kinloss Community Services Department is moving forward with plans for the dog park located between the Apple Rail Trail entrance and the soccer fields.

People have a chance to share ideas and help shape a space for dogs and their owners to enjoy. A community meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 21, at 6:30 p.m. at the Ripley-Huron Community Centre.

Participants can see the proposed design, tentative layouts, and cost estimates.

Volunteers are also needed for jobs like brush clearing, organizing a spring clean-up day, or fundraising for additional park features.
