Shootings suspects sought by police

Stratford Police Service is seeking two suspects who were allegedly involved in a recent shooting.

According to police, on January 26, just before 11 p.m., Stratford Police Service received a report of a disturbance at a residence on Railway Avenue. The report stated that a firearm had been discharged.

Following the gunshot, two suspects left the scene in a dark coloured SUV, which was last seen heading northbound on Railway Avenue sometime between 10:15 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. Police are now asking for help locating the pair of suspects. The first is described as a white male with a fair complexion, 5'10" tall with a slim build.

The other suspect is described as a white female, 5'6" tall with long, dark hair. She was last seen wearing a red Columbia jacket.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
