The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development is investigating a tragic workplace incident in Goderich that occurred on January 24, 2025.
A worker was injured when a chain broke on a piece of equipment. While attempting to assist, another worker was struck by the equipment and later died from their injuries.
