Municipality makes old library property available for sale

The Municipality of Arran-Elderslie is gauging interest in the old Paisley Library.

Council approved a motion for an expression of interest to purchase and redevelop the site at the meeting back on January 13.

Now, the municipality is looking to engage with qualified firms or individuals who have an interest in buying and repurposing the old library in keeping with the Municipality’s strategic objectives outlined in the Economic Strategic Plan and the Corporate Strategic Plan.

The Paisley Branch of the Bruce County Library moved to its new location in the Paisley Community Centre on June 12, 2024.

Interested parties can visit www.arran-elderslie.ca for the Expression of Interest Package or contact the Municipality for further information. The submission deadline is April 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
