Disturbance in Central Huron leads to charges against Goderich man

A 39-year-old Goderich man is facing charges after a weekend disturbance in Central Huron.

Huron OPP were called about the disturbance at a home on Huron Road just before 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Investigators determined a man had been causing a disturbance at that address but left before officers arrived.

No injuries were reported.

A 39-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident the following day. He is charged with causing a disturbance and two counts of failure to comply with probation.

The accused appeared in Goderich court where he was remanded into custody, police said.
