Chi-Cheemaun Spring Repositioning Cruise planned

The annual Chi-Cheemaun Spring Repositioning Cruise is set to sail on May 1, 2025, marking the start of the sailing season.

This 4.5 hour voyage from Owen Sound Harbour to Tobermory Terminal offers passengers a scenic Georgian Bay experience, complete with a traditional roast beef lunch buffet.

Tickets go on sale April 2, 2025, and are available by phone only. Fares are $80 for adults and seniors, $45 for children aged 5 to 11, and free for children under five.

Passengers will board at 11 a.m. at Owen Sound Harbour, and the cruise will depart at noon. Upon arrival in Tobermory at 4:30 p.m., yellow school buses will provide transportation back to Owen Sound, with an estimated return time of 6:30 p.m.

Free parking will be available at 1155 1st Avenue West in Owen Sound, on a first-come, first-served basis. While pets are not permitted, service animals are welcome.
