Deadline extended for spring community grants

Community Foundation Grey Bruce (CFGB) has extended its deadline for spring grants another week.

Charities and non-profit organizations from across Grey and Bruce counties are invited to submit online grant applications until midnight on April 22.

The original deadline to apply was April 15.

Each application is eligible for a grant up to $5,000. The foundation says those interested should confirm their projects are eligible before applying, by contacting Melissa D’souza Harris, Grants Co-ordinator at 519-371-7203.

In 2024, CFGB granted over $860,000 to regional charities and non-profits to support projects including: helping kids access sports, arts and local festivals, community health and food security efforts.
