Perth OPP want witnesses to serious collision involving e-bike

Perth County OPP are looking for witnesses to a collision on Thursday night that left an e-bike rider with life-threatening injuries.

Police say the collision that occurred on Perth Line 42 in the Township of Perth East around 10 p.m. on May 15.

The e-bike apparently lost control and the lone occupant had to be transported by air ambulance to a local trauma centre.

This investigation is ongoing and OPP ask if you saw anything or have any dashcam footage that can help, call 1-888-310-1122.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
