Police looking for help regarding fail to remain crash

Perth County OPP are asking for help tracking down a vehicle involved in a recent fail-to-remain crash that saw a pedestrian struck.

On May 17 around 10 p.m., police were called to the crosswalk at Livingstone Avenue South and Elma Street West in Listowel for a pedestrian that was struck by a vehicle.

Luckily the pedestrian was not injured. The vehicle was described as a newer white compact SUV with a possible dent on the hood from the collision.

The driver was described as being a young, short, white female with long dark hair.

Police continue to investigate. If you witnessed the collision or have any information, contact Perth County OPP or Crime Stoppers.
