Grey Bruce OPP to host recruitment information session

The Grey Bruce OPP will host a recruitment information session in Dundalk.

According to the OPP, the session will be on Wednesday, June 25 at 6:30 p.m. at the Dundalk Legion, located at 109 Proton Street North.

This session is open to anyone interested in a career in policing, including those considering roles as Auxiliary Officers or Special Constables.

Attendees will learn about the recruitment and application process to join the OPP, pathways to becoming a police constable, special constable or auxiliary officer, and the roles and responsibilities involved, with an open question period, as well.

The event is free to attend with no registration required.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
