Grey Bruce OPP to host another Coffee with a Cop session

The Grey Bruce OPP are inviting residents to come out for another "Coffee with a Cop" event in Flesherton next week.

On Monday, July 7 from 10-11:30 a.m., Grey Bruce OPP officers will be at Kim's Place in Flesherton to sit down for an informal public relations event with anyone who wants to attend.

The purpose of "Coffee with a Cop" is to allow the public an opportunity to "meet local officers in a relaxed setting, ask questions, share concerns, or just chat about what's happening in the community," according to the OPP on "X", formerly Twitter.

Officers will be available to answer questions about community safety concerns, local crime, tips for things like fraud and theft prevention, and even career paths to becoming an officer or working in various roles in policing.

Anyone is welcome and there is no cost to attend.
