A 38-year-old man from Goderich was arrested.

On Tuesday, police announced the man has been charged with ten offences including dangerous driving, impaired driving, operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit of 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood, taking a vehicle without consent, failure to comply with probation order, two counts of driving while prohibited, and three counts of driving while under suspension.

The man appeared for a bail hearing in Goderich court where he was remanded into police custody, OPP said.
