Police say one person was taken to the hospital "with undetermined injuries," as a result of the Friday night accident.
The police had closed the highway from Grey Road 3 to Concession 11. Grey Road 3 is also closed to Grey Road 5 as OPP investigate.
It fully reopened Sunday morning.

The man was arrested and is facing several charges, including two counts of possession of forged document.
The accused is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, failing to comply with probation and possession of property obtained by crime.
