Classic car theft in Bruce County

A classic vehicle was targeted in a theft on Saugeen First Nation.

The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating the theft of a classic vehicle from a property located on Bruce Road 13 in Saugeen First Nation.

Sometime between 9:30 p.m. on October 4, 2025, and 10 a.m. on October 5, 2025, a 1968 blue Chevrolet Chevelle bearing Ontario licence plate 8H0254 was stolen from a cottage laneway.

The vehicle's only unique distinguishing feature is a broken radio antenna.

The OPP reminds the public to report any suspicious activity and to take steps to secure valuable property.

Anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the area or has information regarding the whereabouts of the vehicle is asked to contact the Grey Bruce OPP at 1-888-310-1122, or submit tips anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or online at www.ontariocrimestoppers.ca.
