Arthur Fall Fair Ambassador honoured by Wellington North Council

The newest ambassador for the Arthur Fall Fair was recently honoured by Wellington North Council.

At the council meeting on October 20, Wellington North Council congratulated Mikayla Humphrey on being named the Arthur Fall Fair Ambassador for 2025-26.

Humphrey was named ambassador in September during the Arthur Fall Fair. She is currently a student at Georgian College in Owen Sound, where she is in the first year of the Bachelor of Science – Nursing program.

She will spend the next year representing the town and the Arthur Agricultural Society across Ontario.

"Congratulations Mikayla. We hope you enjoy your year as Arthur Fall Fair Ambassador, and all of the experiences it will bring you," said Mayor Andy Lennox. "We know you will do our community proud as you represent us across the province."

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
