Mailbox mischief in North Perth under investigation

A series of mailbox break-ins have police in Listowel looking for tips from the public.

According to Perth County OPP, on May 17, investigators began looking into a series of break-ins to multiple community mailboxes that were broken into between May 15-17.

Police say the mailboxes were broken into in the area of Nelson Avenue South, Barnett Street West and Albert Street North in Listowel.

There are no details available on any potential stolen items or mail, but police are asking for any tips or possible surveillance footage that the public may have from those areas between May 15-17.
