Traffic will be reduced around part of Courthouse Square in Goderich this week for the first Goderich Summerfest Ribfest.
A town by-law approved in May allows for the "temporary reduction of traffic lanes on Courthouse Square from South Street to East Street" from Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 7 p.m. until Sunday, July 12 at 9 p.m.
Organizers say they’re "so excited to bring the first ever Goderich Summerfest Ribfest to Courthouse Square in Goderich," with "amazing ribs, live music, cold drinks, local vendors, and a full weekend of good food and good people right in the heart of town."
The event includes a pub night Thursday, with Ribfest and beer gardens running Friday through Sunday. More event details are available through the CKNX Community Events page.
