The Palmerston Railway Museum will host a family friendly event on Friday night called Sunset on the Rails.
This free event will celebrate music, community, and railway history from 7-9 p.m. at the Palmerston Railway Museum.
Attendees will be treated to live music, and the Palmerston Optimist Club will be selling comfort food throughout the night. Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket.
This event is meant to give people an opportunity to enjoy the historic landmark in Palmerston in a unique way. Thanks to the support from the Minto Cultural Roundtable, admission to the event is free, but donations will be accepted in support of future museum programming, and everyone is welcome.
The Palmerston Railway Museum is located at 168 William Street.
