Stratford Police Service is asking for the public's help locating a missing woman.
According to police, Sadie was last seen leaving Stratford General Hospital on foot at 4 p.m. on Monday, October 26.
She is described as 28-years-old with a slim build and long, shoulder-length, brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt with a red and black plaid shirt overtop, pink pajama bottoms, and black sneakers.
Police there are concerns for her well-being.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Stratford Police at 519-271-4141 ex. 2.
