Stratford School Tops Huron Perth Boys Hockey

The St. Michael Warriors lead the league in Huron Perth boys hockey.

A perfect 7 and 0 record carries them into the winter break. Only once - a 4-2 win over South Huron - have they allowed more than one goal in a game.

Other teams are well off the pace of the Stratford school, second place St. Anne's in Clinton are 5 points behind. Play resumes Wednesday January 7.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
