The Kincardine Regional Silver Stick continues on Monday, as the the Novice, Bantam and Pee Wee tournaments come to a head.
Novice B will start their quarterfinals today, leading to a championship game on Tuesday. Listowel vs. Walkerton (9am), Twin Centre vs. Tavistock (11am), Saugeen vs. BCH (12pm), Kincardine vs. Hanover (2:15pm) will all be action. The Novice C loop is the farthest along in their tournament, with the semi-finals already set. Seaforth takes on Wallace at 3:15pm, while Dundalk plays South Bruce an hour later.
Moving up to Pee Wee, both the “B” and “C” loops are heading into the quarterfinals today. TCDMHA vs. Shelburne (10am), Minto vs. Norwich (11:20am) and West Grey vs. Wingham (12:30pm) make up the “C” loop. Penentang vs. Kincardine (9am), Saugeen Shores vs. Parry Sound (10:10am), Twin Centre vs. South Huron (1:45pm) and Tavistock vs. Listowel (3pm) will be fighting for a spot in the semi’s starting at 6:45pm in Tiverton.
Finally, Bantam “C” will be last group to hit the ice on Monday, as their semi-finals are set for 7:45pm and 9:00pm in Kincardine Lucknow vs. Shallow Lake (10:10am), Wingham vs. Plattsville (11:20am), South Bruce vs. Flesherton (12:30pm) and Minto vs. West Grey (3:00pm) make up the Bantam “C” quarterfinals. Twin Centre vs. Tavistock (9am), Tavistock vs. Mitchell (1:45pm), Walkerton vs. Twin Centre (5:20pm) and Kincardine vs. Mitchell (6:30pm) are all in action in the Bantam “B” group as well.
