With 30 goals and 36 assists, Trevor Hughson has been the backbone of the Mount Forest Patriots this season. This did not go unnoticed as he was named the Western Junior C MVP on Friday night at the conclusion of the season.
Ahead of Sunday's 3-2 OT win over Kincardine, with Hughson potting the game winner, he joined us by phone to talk about a busy year for himself and his team.
Hughson reflected on his performance leading to his MVP award along with how his team is feeling as another playoff run begins.
