Lacrosse is just around the corner and the Ontario Junior B Lacrosse League is counting down to the start of another season. The league released their schedule for 2015 this week.
The Owen Sound North Stars open their season on a three game road trip. First game is Saturday April 25 in Hamilton against the Bengals. Home opener is Thursday May 7th against the Guelph Regals.
March 7th marks the opening of North Stars training camp with a second session planned the next day.
Elora opens their season Friday April 17th on the road to Guelph. The home opener is scheduled for Friday April 24th against Orangeville.
Both teams will compete in the Midwest Division this season. Last year Owen Sound posted a 7-13 record while Elora went 16-4, losing in 3 straight games to Niagara in playoffs.
