Exeter Takes 3-0 Series Lead in SOJHL Playoffs

After a 3-2 win over Mt.Brydges, the Exeter Hawks are one game away from the SOJHL finals. They have outscored the Bulldogs 15-4 so far in the series.

Tyler Kettler got the ball rolling with the only goal of the first period.  Max Naus would double to lead in the second.

After back to back goals for Mt.Brydges, the game winner came early in the third. Scored by Austin Elkin on the power-play just over 4 minutes in.

Making 36 saves in the win was James Morreau. He is 7-1 so far in the playoffs with a 2.88 G.A.A and a .905 save percentage.

Exeter goes for the sweep at home Sunday night, puck drop is 8 p.m.
