More Wins At Broomball Nationals

The Twisted Sisters juvenile girls broomball team from Mildmay won a second game at the national tournament in Manitoba.

The Mildmay squad beat a Saskatchewan team 3-0 to put their record at 2-1 and will play another game tonight.

The Palmerston Posse juvenile boys team won 4-0 this morning and will play again at 4:00pm

Palmerston also has a 2-1 record.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
