TVSBL Says Listowel Is Suspended For 2015 Season

The Thames Valley Senior Baseball League says it is more than just low player numbers that will cause the Listowel Legionnaires to miss out on the upcoming season.

In a statement sent to CKNX News, the league says the Legionnaires have been suspended for the upcoming baseball season due to outstanding payments.

The league says Listowel will have too pay charges including league fees before any chance at a return to the senior baseball league that stretches from St.Thomas to Kincardine.

Listowel plans to play an exhibition season this summer.
