Harness Racing Returns to Clinton Raceway

Harness racing is back for another season at Clinton Raceway.

The racing season began yesterday afternoon with a full card of trotters and pacers.

Trevor Henry opened the race card with two wins: one on Decroft Blast for trainer Randy Marriage and owner Clarence Dekens; the other on Cat Sass Stable's 11-year-old pacer Wildcat Art for trainer Bruce Gilkinson.

Henry also won the finale with four-year-old pacing mare T.R. Lexus Cam.

Ann Bauer was at the event after winning a VIP pass with CKNX. She won the draw for a barbecue from Verbeeks in Clinton.

Live racing continues every Sunday afternoon all summer at Clinton Raceway.
