Those who like a challenge when mountain biking have an opportunity on Sunday near Paisley.
The Grease Monkey Mountain Bike Challenge starts at 10am.
There are still spots available and you can register at greasemonkeymtb.com or sign up on race day between 8am and 9am.
The course is along the Brant Tract Mountain Bike trails.
It's described as a single track trail with a variety of terrain from flat rock areas to rock gardens, roots, bridge crossings and tight twisty sections.
The race course length will be 8 to 10 km with a lap time of under 1 hour.
The event is rain or shine.
