Armstrong Suits Up for Ryerson Rams

Former Wingham Ironmen captain Aaron Armstrong is coming back to Ontario after a successful college hockey season in Saskatchewan.

The Teeswater native will play for the Ryerson Rams out of Toronto this season.

In 2014-15, he attended Briercrest College in Saskatchewan where he was named the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year. He posted 39 points in 30 games. He lead his team in both goals scored and assists.

Armstrong also still holds the OHA's Junior C single season scoring record with 124 points.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
