Legends Day Trot Comes to Clinton

Clinton Raceway hosts it's Legends Day Trot on Sunday to cap off another season.

Eight active Hall of Fame drivers are scheduled to race.

Combined, they have nearly $1 billion in earnings and almost 60,000 victories.

The bi-annual Legends Day in Clinton has become one of the highlights and this year proceeds from the day will support the Clinton Hospital Foundation.

Jessica Carnochan is the track's marketer..

"They don't drive on a regular basis so now when they come to Clinton it is like a little reunion," she says, "I think they have a really good time off the track as well as on track."

Among the legends competing at Clinton Raceway on Sunday - John Campbell, Bill O’Donnell, Davel Wall and Ray Remmen.

There will also be an autograph session from 2:30pm to 3:30pm.

Post-time is 1:30pm.
