The 30th Annual Midget Regional Silver Stick Hockey Tournament in underway in Wingham today.
The action already under way today, the first game saw BCH defeat Walkerton 6-3 this morning while Twin Centre earned a 4-1 victory over Mount Forest.
Minto managed to grab a 4-1 win over Shallow Lake this afternoon and Saugeen Shores with a win over Paris 4-3.
In afternoon action, Tavistock with a 4-1 win over Mitchell and St. George topping Flesherton 3-1.
Ayr is back in the tournament this year to defend the “B” title while St. George is back to defend the “C” title the team won last year.
Teams are competing for a chance to compete in the International Silver Stick Tournament in Forest in January 2016.
