Radars Tracking Stellar Season

The Clinton Radars lead the way in the WOAA Senior Hockey League, both in the standings and in statistics.

The Radars lead the league with 13 wins and one OT loss and have scored 111 goals and allowing just 25.

On an individual basis, Clinton players lead in goals, assists, points and Goals Against. In fact, the top three goal scorers in the WOAA Senior Hockey League are from Clinton with Kurtis Bartliff and Ryan Murphy leading with 17 goals each and Tyler Doig with 14.

Bartliff leads the league in assists with 20 followed by Doig, Luke Vick and Sean Consitt.

And the top four in ponits are from Clinton with Bartliff on top with 37 followed by Doig, Murphy and Vick.

In net, Marc Nother has 1.77 GAA, just ahead of Jason Hamilton of Mapleton-Minto who has a 2.22 GAA.

As dominant as Clinton is, Mapleton-Minto is right there leading the North Division with a 12-1 record and have outscored their opponents 73-26.

Mapleton-Minto is home to Shallow Lake on Friday while Clinton hosts Milverton.

Both games are at 8:30pm.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
