Fastball In Goderich

The Goderich Grizzlies opened up their Annual Labour Day Fastball Tournament with a win over Chippewa.

Fullarton beat Rockwood 14-4 and Shedden beat Sebringville 2-1 while Wroxeter won it's opening game versus Woodstock.

The tournament continues all weekend with the playoffs starting Sunday afternoon.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
